1. Digital Products Nature

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product from Doox, you agree to these terms.

2. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or exchange in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If the digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and our support team cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
  • If the product description fundamentally misrepresented the item delivered.
  • If duplicate charges occurred due to a technical error on our platform.

3. Requesting Assistance

If you experience issues with your download, please contact us immediately. Most issues can be resolved by our support team without the need for a refund.

To request support or discuss an exceptional refund, please email us at support@doox.pro within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your Order ID and the email address used during checkout.

4. Cancellations

As our digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, cancellations are not applicable. If you wish to stop future communications or delete your account, you may do so from your dashboard or by contacting support.
